Feel like moving through it?

Yoga, movement, mindfulness and breathwork change lives. They offer some of the best practices to connect your mind and body. We know that because we’ve experienced it. They are tools we continue to come back to over and over.

Ashley has been practicing yoga since the age of 14, teaching since 19 and continues to blend yoga into her mental health practices.

When was the last time you focused on your breath?

For something we do everyday, it’s amazing how little we think about our breath. With many modalities, breathwork has a wide range of benefits. It can be used to down regulate, creating ease, calm and rest in the body, while other styles of the practice are more active and can help energize you.

Feelosophy Breathwork

Inspired by holotropic breath, we guide individuals through a three-part breathwork series. Our style of breathwork can be supportive in processing stuck emotions, and increasing energy and mental clarity.

Private Yoga & Breathwork Sessions

Connect back to your mind and body with private yoga and breathwork sessions.

What you can expect:

During the active breath, it is normal to have physical, mental and emotional experience. This type of breath is done through the mouth and increases in speed as we progress. With breathwork, you often get what you need, not what you want, so we encourage you to be open to all the comes up!

In a typical session, we work on:

  1. Grounding and supporting the body

  2. Setting an intention for your practice

  3. Moving into the active portion

  4. Completing with integration portion to slow breath down

  5. Returning you to a state of ease
